  • The frame is tightly screwed in all 4 corners with Windows Asia standards.

For cases where you order swing doors and push-out doors with a height of 110-150 cm, there will be an additional charge of 500 baht per set for supporting accessories on top of the product price.


Terms of production and custom order services

  • Our company takes orders for custom-made products starting from 1 square meter and up.
  • If there are any changes made after production approval, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for any resulting damages.
  • The price shown does not include installation and dismantling fees.
  • For this special cut size, we will use clear green glass and black tinted glass, both with a thickness of 5 mm only.
  • For 3+3 laminated glass (3+0.38+3 mm), there will be an additional charge of 700 baht/sq.m. on the regular price.
  • The price for the edge banding is 100 baht per meter.
  • In the case of ordering a screen cut, customers must use the screen only with Window Asia doors and windows. It cannot be used with doors and windows of other brands.

Key Ingredients

  • Stabilizers help maintain the material’s condition, preventing it from becoming brittle and cracking, and they withstand all weather conditions.
  • Anti-UV agent prevents fading and changes in the surface of materials caused by UV radiation.
  • Fillers enhance strength and reduce the rate of expansion and contraction of materials, making uPVC maintain its shape.
  • Titanium Dioxide helps prevent heat buildup and allows for better temperature transfer, keeping colors looking vibrant.
  • The product is suitable for dry installation only, and the concrete openings should be larger than the size ordered by the customer by 0.5 cm on each side. For example, the customer ordered 80 × 50 cm. The concrete channel should be 81 × 51 cm.
  • If there are stains, you should clean them with a mild soapy water or a damp cloth.
  • It should be installed by a skilled technician.
