KPN Student Event 4th Edition
Window Asia Co., Ltd. is very pleased to be the main sponsor of the 4th Student Concert of KPN Academy Samut Prakan on Saturday, November 16, 2019, held at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. The company is providing several scholarships to the children at the event to encourage the younger generation to express themselves and further develop their potential.
Annual PC Training 2019
Window Asia Co., Ltd. held the annual PC training for the year 2019 to enhance the efficiency and potential of sales staff, providing various skills and knowledge to employees. This year, the training took place at the Felix River Kwai Hotel in Kanchanaburi Province for a duration of 3 days and 2 nights from January 14 to 16, 2019.
Window Asia Got Talent 2018
Window Asia Got Talent 2018 is a competition project showcasing works made from waste materials within our factory, transformed with creativity into inventions under the theme “Innovation Home & Decoration.” The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Thanin Rattanasiriwilai, Managing Director of Window Asia Co., Ltd., who served as the event’s chairman.
Windows Asia at Hokkaido.
Mr. Thanin Rattanasiriwilai, Managing Director of Window Asia Co., Ltd., led a team to fly to Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan, to study the culture and lifestyle of the Japanese people. The aim was to adapt these insights to improve the company’s operations during a 5-day, 3-night trip from November 7 to November 11, 2018.

The executive team recognizes that developing personnel is crucial for organizational growth, so they took some employees to study and observe in Japan for 5 nights and 7 days. During this trip, we visited Tokyo, exploring its culture, traditions, discipline, and customer service, which are important aspects for employees to see and learn in order to apply them in their work lives.

Window Asia Co., Ltd. organized the first of 2017 employee training session in Kanchanaburi Province to enhance sales skills and service in accordance with the company’s quality policy. It also aims to promote outstanding employees to leadership positions.

Window Asia Company Limited held the annual sports day on January 19, 2019, to strengthen relationships among employees, promote unity, and support the well-being and mental health of the staff.
