Window Asia Public Company Limited (“Company”) ไhas established a product warranty policy aimed at providing customers with maximum benefits and satisfaction from their purchases. The company has set forth this policy as a guideline and framework for its operations as follows:
- The company offers a lifetime warranty for doors and windows, covering only the locking mechanisms, rollers, and various parts of the product, excluding screens and glass.
- For products such as windows with security bars, the company would like to inform you that we do not provide a warranty for the security bars.
Due to the fact that wrought iron may deteriorate from various natural weather conditions and its age of use. - The buyer must provide their name and phone number when requesting service through LINE Official.
- The company reserves the right to consider and make decisions regarding product warranties solely on its own.
This warranty does not cover damage to doors and windows from these cases.
- Damage resulting from normal use or incorrect installation, such as painting or modifying doors and windows that doesn’t follow the company’s guidelines, or other causes beyond the company’s control, etc.
- Damage from fire or natural disasters such as floods, storms, earthquakes, or damage caused by chemical corrosion, even if the damage occurs during the warranty period.
- The damage caused by the physical characteristics of the modified product has changed from its original properties and structure, leading to the strength of the doors and windows being compromised. For example, the door has been cut out, among other issues.
- This warranty does not include service charges such as dismantling fees, reinstallation fees, or transportation costs.
- Once the goods are delivered to the buyer’s location, the buyer must inspect the condition of the products to ensure there is no damage before signing for them. If any damage or issues are found, such as torn screens, cracked glass, or incomplete items, the buyer can refuse to accept the delivery right away. If the buyer has already signed for the products, the company will not be responsible for any damage to the screens, glass, or any frames that are dented or misshapen.
